Degree: BA - Acting, Ripon College
Voice: Mezzo/Belt (F3# - A5)
Gangway, world! I am a Southern-born, Midwestern-raised little lady currently residing in Chicago (celebrating almost one year!). This past May 2017, I graduated from Ripon College summa cum laude with a BA in Theatre - Acting and a minor in Communication. I have been fortunate to train with the National Theatre Institute (NTI) in various workshops and sessions, attend the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for four years in a row as an Irene Ryan Acting Nominee, and perform for various theaters and internships. With my professional public speaking and acting experience, I am profoundly in awe of how much our speech affect the world. There is power in our words, our bodies, and our voices. I want to use mine to share stories that need to be out in the world. Also, I believe in a good dance break and witty comebacks.
I am currently working in the Chicago theatre and film circuit, and am looking for representation.
Highlights include Edwin Drood (The Mystery of Edwin Drood, dir. Robert Eric West), Tabaqui (The Jungle Book, dir. Michael Potsic), Leda (Leda, dir. Pat Henderson), Iphigenia at Aulis (Iphigenia, dir. Robert Amsden), She Kills Monsters (Tilly, dir. Kenneth Hill).
